By accessing or using MacroSnap ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
MacroSnap provides AI-powered nutritional analysis of recipes. Users can submit recipe URLs, ingredient lists, or photos to receive estimated per-serving calorie and macronutrient breakdowns. The Service is provided on a credit-based model with free and paid tiers.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
The Service operates on a credit system. Free accounts receive a limited number of credits per month. Paid plans and top-up credit packs are available for purchase. Credits for paid subscriptions reset monthly. Top-up credits do not expire. All payments are processed through Stripe. Prices are in USD.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds for unused credits are not provided. Top-up purchases are non-refundable.

Nutritional information provided by MacroSnap is estimated using AI and publicly available food databases. Values are approximate and should not be used as a substitute for professional dietary advice. MacroSnap does not guarantee the accuracy of any nutritional data and is not liable for decisions made based on this information.
MacroSnap is a personal nutritional analysis tool. When you submit a URL, MacroSnap retrieves and analyses the publicly available content at that address on your behalf, acting as your personal tool — much like a browser extension, read-it-later app, or digital notebook. Only you can initiate a request, and results are visible only to you.
You represent that you have the right to access the content you submit and that your use of the Service complies with the terms of any third-party website from which you submit content. You agree not to use the Service to infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
MacroSnap does not store, republish, or redistribute the original recipe content. The Service only extracts factual nutritional data (calories, macronutrients, allergens) for your personal use. MacroSnap does not maintain a public recipe library and does not share your results with other users.
MacroSnap is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or legality of third-party content accessed through URLs you provide.
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by MacroSnap. Recipes and content you submit remain yours. By submitting content, you grant MacroSnap a limited licence to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of any recipe content you submit.

We will review all valid requests and take appropriate action, which may include blocking specific URLs from being processed by the Service.
MacroSnap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MacroSnap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
